We are looking for a proactive and experienced professional who can handle all queries and coordination related to new store setup and expansion. The candidate will be responsible for identifying suitable store locations, handling negotiations, closing rental deals, and coordinating the complete setup process for new stores across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and identify suitable locations for opening new stores
- Conduct market research and analyze potential business areas
- Coordinate with property owners, brokers, and landlords
- Handle rental negotiations and finalize commercial deals
- Manage all documentation and queries related to store setup
- Coordinate with internal teams for store opening activities
- Visit different locations across India for site inspections and meetings
- Ensure store setup is completed as per company requirements and timelines
- Maintain reports related to properties, rent, and negotiations
Requirements
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in store expansion, retail leasing, or business development preferred
- Knowledge of commercial properties and rental market
- Ability to travel across India for store visits and meetings
- Good understanding of market locations and business opportunities
- Basic knowledge of documentation and vendor coordination
- Professional and presentable personality
Qualification
- Graduate preferred
- Experience in retail expansion, franchise development, or property management is an added advantage
