Job Summary
We are hiring a Steward – F&B Services to provide excellent guest service, serve food & beverages, and maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the restaurant.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist guests professionally.
- Take orders and coordinate with the kitchen.
- Serve food and beverages as per service standards.
- Set up and clear tables before and after service.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining area, cutlery, crockery, and service stations.
- Assist in buffet and banquet operations.
- Handle guest queries and escalate concerns when required.
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards.
- Maintain proper grooming and uniform.
- Support stock handling and other assigned duties.
Requirements
- 10th/12th Pass (Hotel Management Diploma/Degree preferred)
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge of F&B service
- Team player with a positive attitude
