About the Role
We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented GRI & Sustainability Content Writer to join our growing ESG and sustainability consulting team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality sustainability and ESG-related content aligned with global reporting frameworks.
This role includes preparing sustainability reports, ESG disclosures, research-based content, website content, white papers, and thought leadership articles related to sustainability, climate change, responsible sourcing, and corporate responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare Sustainability Reports based on Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) Standards
- Develop ESG Reports, Integrated Reports, and Impact Reports for corporate clients
- Draft sustainability policies, procedures, and related documentation
- Conduct research on ESG frameworks, regulations, and sustainability industry trends
- Write blogs, articles, white papers, and website content related to sustainability and ESG topics
- Assist clients in preparing disclosures for frameworks such as:
- GRI
- ESG Reporting
- BRSR
- UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs)
- Convert technical sustainability data into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content
- Collaborate with consultants, analysts, and designers to create visually engaging sustainability reports
- Edit, proofread, and ensure content accuracy and consistency
- Support development of case studies, thought leadership content, and industry insights
Desired Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent writing, editing, and research skills
- Strong understanding of Sustainability, ESG concepts, and reporting frameworks
- Familiarity with GRI Standards and ESG reporting practices
- Ability to analyze technical sustainability data and transform it into understandable content
- Strong attention to detail and structured writing ability
- Good communication and collaboration skills

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
