Position: Personal Secretary to CEO
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the CEO's calendar, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Handle correspondence, emails, and phone calls professionally.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders.
- Maintain confidential documents and information.
- Follow up on action items and ensure timely completion.
- Provide administrative and organizational support to the CEO.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 2–5 years of experience in executive or personal secretary roles.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Kochi, Kerala (Kochi): Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
