As we continue to expand our portfolio, we are looking for an experienced and visionary Senior Architect to lead projects, mentor teams, and drive design excellence from concept through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects across all stages, from conceptual design to execution.
- Oversee project planning, coordination, and timely delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.
- Develop innovative design solutions and present concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Prepare and review working drawings, construction documentation, and technical details.
- Coordinate effectively with consultants, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Supervise site execution, ensuring design intent and project quality are maintained.
- Mentor and guide junior architects while fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and project objectives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture (B.Arch.) from a recognized institution.
- 10+ years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.
- Strong experience in Commercial, Residential, and Housing projects.
- Exceptional design, conceptualization, visualization, and presentation skills.
- In-depth knowledge of project planning, construction documentation, detailing, and execution.
- Proven ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary consultants and stakeholders.
- Strong site management, leadership, and client relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
