Bartender
A Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering excellent customer service. The role requires strong knowledge of drinks, attention to detail, and the ability to create a welcoming and engaging bar experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes
- Interact with guests, take orders, and provide drink recommendations
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
- Ensure proper stocking of bar inventory (spirits, mixers, garnishes, glassware)
- Check guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle cash, POS systems, and billing accurately
- Create classic and signature cocktails with consistency and quality
- Monitor guest behavior and ensure responsible alcohol service
- Coordinate with service staff for smooth order flow
- Follow hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards
Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
