LOCATION(2) Option2 - Staff Quarters Accommodation + Food can be provided for outstanding candidates for Tamil Nadu location also.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
GRADUATE WITH EXCELLENT ACADEMIC RECORD with minimum 2 TO 5+ years of WORK experience - in a Montessori School / Class
Preference given to NTT / MONTESSORI CERTIFICATION from a accredited institute.
KEY CRITERIA:
- Complete understanding of the EARLY EDUCATION pedagogy
- Exhibit very good working knowledge with presentation skills of Montessori materials
- Very patient and understanding when working with children generally 15-20 in numbers in a typical preschool environment
- Dynamic, mature professional with EXCELLENT ENGLISH WRITTEN AND SPOKEN LANGUAGE CAPABILITIES.
- Highly motivated and willingness to engage in a professional manner
- Ability to work in a highly disciplined, organized environment
- Should have the flexibility and maturity to work as part of a TEAM to achieve common goals.
