Job Description:
The Creative Head is responsible for leading the organization's creative vision, ensuring all branding, marketing, and communication materials are innovative, consistent, and aligned with the company's objectives. This role oversees the creative team, develops impactful campaigns, and ensures high-quality creative output across digital and print platforms.
Key Roles & ResponsibilitiesCreative Leadership
- Develop and implement the company's creative strategy in line with business and marketing goals.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire the creative team, including graphic designers, video editors, content writers, photographers, and other creative professionals.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Review and approve creative concepts before final delivery.
Brand Management
- Maintain and strengthen the company's brand identity across all communication channels.
- Ensure consistency in visual design, messaging, and tone of voice.
- Develop and update brand guidelines as required.
- Protect the integrity of the brand in all internal and external communications.
Creative Content Development
- Supervise the creation of:
- Social media creatives
- Marketing videos
- Website visuals
- Presentations
- Advertisements
- Event branding materials
- Internal communication creatives
Team Management
- Allocate tasks and manage project timelines.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Identify training needs and support professional development.
- Coordinate with freelancers, agencies, photographers, videographers, and vendors when required.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with HR, Product, Sales, and Business Development teams to understand creative requirements.
- Participate in strategic planning meetings and contribute creative solutions.
- Ensure creative outputs support organizational goals.
Innovation & Market Trends
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and design innovations.
- Introduce new creative ideas, tools, and techniques to improve brand engagement.
- Evaluate competitor campaigns and recommend improvements.
Budget & Resource Management
- Manage the creative department's budget efficiently.
- Oversee procurement of creative software, equipment, and external creative services.
- Optimize available resources while maintaining high-quality output.
