We are looking for a Campaign Manager who can take ownership, communicate confidently, and execute marketing campaigns efficiently. We don't require prior experience—we're looking for the right attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to perform under pressure.

Responsibilities
- Coordinate and execute on-ground and digital marketing campaigns.
- Communicate with clients, vendors, influencers, and internal teams.
- Manage campaign schedules and ensure deadlines are met.
- Lead field teams during activations and events.
- Handle day-to-day campaign operations and documentation.
- Resolve on-ground issues quickly and professionally.
- Prepare reports and maintain campaign records.
- Travel when required for campaign execution.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong leadership and team coordination abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Good problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and PowerPoint.
- Willingness to travel when required.
- A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.
