- Create detailed 2D drawings and plans (floor plans, elevations, sections)
- Convert architects’ concepts into accurate working drawings
- Ensure proper dimensions, scale, and specification
- Work with tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp
- Produce both 2D drafts and 3D models
- Understand sketches, notes, and instructions from architects
- Translate rough ideas into detailed construction drawings
- Modify plans based on feedback from architects, engineers, or clients
- Keep drawings updated throughout the project lifecycle
- Work closely with architects, civil engineers, and contractors
- Ensure all design elements fit together correctly
