We are looking for a proactive and resourceful Sourcing Merchandiser to manage outsourcing activities and ensure the timely procurement of materials and products. The ideal candidate should have strong vendor management, sourcing, and negotiation skills to ensure cost-effective and timely deliveries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable vendors and suppliers.
- Handle end-to-end sourcing of materials/products.
- Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, and delivery schedules.
- Coordinate with production, design, and merchandising teams.
- Ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished goods.
- Monitor vendor performance based on quality, cost, and delivery.
- Maintain vendor database and sourcing records.
- Conduct market research to identify new sourcing opportunities.
- Resolve vendor-related issues and ensure smooth order execution.
- Support cost reduction initiatives through strategic sourcing.

Qualifications:
