- Sourcing: Find local candidates through job boards, walk-ins, networking events, and local ads.
- Traveling: Visit different regions, trade shows, or college campuses for on-site hiring.
- Interviewing: Screen resumes and run face-to-face or group interviews.
- Onboarding: Collect paperwork, check references, and coordinate joining dates.
- Tracking: Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate progress.
Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
