About the Role
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Project Coordinator to manage and streamline project workflows across teams. This role is critical in ensuring timely delivery, clear communication, and seamless execution of digital marketing and web development projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Create project timelines, task lists, and ensure adherence to deadlines
- Work closely with design, development, content, and marketing teams for execution
- Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
- Use project management tools like Trello, Asana, or ClickUp
- Identify potential risks or delays and proactively resolve issues
- Ensure quality control before project delivery
- Maintain proper documentation, reports, and client communication records
- Assist in resource planning and task allocation
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
- Basic understanding of digital marketing, websites, and branding workflows
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
- Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Experience in a digital marketing or web development agency
- Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies
- Knowledge of CRM tools and reporting dashboards
