Job Summary
The Admin Executive will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth office functioning, maintaining records, coordinating with vendors, and providing administrative support to all departments.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day office administration and all operational work in office .
- Maintain office records, files, and confidential documents.
- Coordinate with vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and housekeeping.
- Monitor inventory of office stationery and other administrative requirements.
- Handle courier, dispatch, and document management.
- Coordinate travel bookings, meeting rooms, and employee logistics as required.
- Manage office assets and maintain the asset register.
- Assist in organizing company meetings, events, and employee engagement activities.
- Ensure office premises are well-maintained and comply with company policies.
- Support HR with onboarding logistics and employee documentation when required.
- Coordinate with IT for office equipment and infrastructure-related requirements.
- Maintain attendance registers and administrative reports, if assigned.
- Perform any other administrative duties assigned by management.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in administration or office management.
- Freshers with excellent organizational skills may also apply.
Skills Required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Working Hours
- Monday to Friday-Saturday working when required
- 9 am to 6 pm
Reporting To-HR Officer
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.32 per month
