Job Summary
We are looking for a confident and customer-focused Service Captain to lead our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily service operations, maintain high hospitality standards, supervise service staff, and enhance overall guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise daily front-of-house operations and service staff.
- Train and motivate staff to maintain service standards.
- Ensure prompt and professional guest service.
- Handle guest queries, requests, and complaints.
- Coordinate with the kitchen for smooth service.
- Maintain cleanliness, grooming, and discipline standards.
- Assist with staff scheduling and shift management.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and company standards.
Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in restaurant or café service.
- Previous supervisory experience preferred.
- Good knowledge of food and beverage service.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently during busy hours.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
