- Skilled in airline reservation and Global Distribution Systems (GDS) such as Amadeus, Galileo for flight booking and ticketing.
- Experienced in using CRM systems, email management tools, and data entry software for maintaining customer and booking records.
- Efficient in handling digital payment platforms, maintaining computerized transaction logs, and preparing system-generated reports.
- Capable of troubleshooting basic computer and software issues to ensure uninterrupted operations.
Customer Service
- Assist customers through in-person visits, phone calls, or emails regarding flight booking inquiries.
- Provide prompt and accurate information on flight options, schedules, availability, and fares.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and special requests courteously and professionally.
Flight Booking and Reservations
- Make accurate flight reservations and issue tickets through airline systems and GDS platforms.
- Manage seat preferences, meal selections, and special travel assistance requests.
- Ensure correctness in passenger names, travel dates, and itinerary details.
Knowledge of Airline Policies
- Stay informed about airline rules, baggage policies, visa requirements, and travel regulations.
- Advise customers regarding documentation, travel restrictions, and visa formalities.
Payment Handling
- Process payments through various methods including cash, cards, and online gateways.
- Maintain accurate payment records and reconcile daily transactions.
Coordination and Communication
- Liaise with airlines, travel partners, and internal departments for smooth booking operations.
- Coordinate with ground handling and customer service teams to ensure hassle-free travel arrangements.
Documentation and Record Keeping
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
- Prepare and issue e-tickets, invoices, boarding passes, and travel itineraries.
Problem Solving and Conflict Resolution
- Address booking discrepancies, payment issues, and travel schedule changes effectively.
- Provide practical solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales and Up-Selling
- Promote add-on services such as travel insurance, seat upgrades, and tour packages.
Compliance
- Adhere to aviation industry norms, safety standards, and data protection policies.
