Job Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Civil Engineer with 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial projects. The candidate will be responsible for planning, execution, supervision, and maintenance of civil construction activities, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction projects within the manufacturing plant.
- Manage industrial buildings, factory sheds, foundations, roads, drainage systems, and infrastructure works.
- Review civil drawings, BOQs, estimates, and project specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and internal departments.
- Monitor project progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Ensure proper execution of RCC, structural, and finishing works.
- Verify contractor bills, measurements, and project documentation.
- Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to approved drawings and standards.
- Prepare project schedules and track project milestones.
- Manage repair, maintenance, and expansion activities of plant civil infrastructure.
- Ensure compliance with statutory and environmental regulations.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of industrial and factory construction.
- Expertise in RCC structures, steel structures, foundations, and infrastructure development.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and project specifications.
- Knowledge of project planning, estimation, and execution.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, and MS Office.
- Strong leadership, contractor management, and problem-solving skills.
Qualifications
- B.E./ B. Tech in Civil Engineering
- M. Tech (Civil) will be an added advantage.
Experience
- Minimum 10–12 years of experience in manufacturing, industrial, infrastructure, or construction projects.
- Experience in factory construction and industrial plant projects is preferred.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge of industrial safety standards and construction regulations.
- Experience in project budgeting and cost control.
- Familiarity with quality management systems and project documentation.
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
