Position: HR cum Business Development Executive

Role Overview
We're looking for someone who can manage core HR functions (recruitment, onboarding, employee coordination) while also contributing to sales/client outreach — ideal for a growing agency where roles overlap.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews
- Manage onboarding, attendance, and basic employee relations
- Assist with client outreach, follow-ups, and lead qualification calls
- Support the sales team with proposal coordination and CRM updates
- Maintain HR records and documentation
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in HR (agency/startup environment preferred)
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Comfortable making outbound calls / assisting in sales conversations
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets
- Self-starter, comfortable in a small-team setup
Nice to have
- Prior exposure to e-commerce or digital marketing industry
- Experience with CRM tools
Pay: ₹11,017.64 - ₹25,000.00 per month
