Job Title: Collection Reports & AR Reporting Analyst
Job Summary:
The Collection Reports & AR Reporting Analyst is responsible for preparing, analyzing, and maintaining accounts receivable and collection reports. This role supports the finance and collections teams by providing accurate insights into outstanding receivables, aging trends, cash collections, and customer payment performance to improve working capital and reduce overdue balances.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly AR and collection reports.
- Monitor AR aging and identify overdue accounts.
- Analyze collection performance, DSO (Days Sales Outstanding), and payment trends.
- Develop dashboards and MIS reports for management.
- Reconcile AR balances with the general ledger and investigate discrepancies.
- Track collection targets and provide variance analysis.
- Support collection teams with customer-level aging and outstanding reports.
- Ensure data accuracy and maintain reporting databases.
- Coordinate with Finance, Sales, and Customer Service to resolve billing and payment issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing activities related to AR.
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Collection processes.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Power Query, advanced formulas).
- Experience with ERP systems
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in AR reporting, collections, or financial analysis.
- Experience with financial reporting and KPI analysis is preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
