WHAT YOU WILL DO

Senior Client Consultation & Sales

Conduct in-depth profile assessments and eligibility evaluations for Europe Work Permits, Canada PR (Express Entry, PNP, 80+ pathways), and Australia Skilled Migration
Handle high-value, complex client profiles that require senior-level judgment and product knowledge
Convert leads into paid assessments and full enrollments through consultative, honest selling — not pressure tactics
Achieve and consistently exceed monthly revenue targets
Manage a portfolio of active clients from enrollment through to visa approval
Handle objections confidently with product knowledge — not scripts

Case Management & Documentation

Guide clients through complete documentation requirements — WES ECA, IELTS strategy, NOC alignment, PCC, attestation
Review and quality-check client files before submission to operations team
Coordinate with G2W's processing team and RCIC/MARA partners on complex cases
Identify and resolve document gaps, employment letter alignment issues, and profile discrepancies
Ensure all client files are maintained accurately in CRM with up-to-date status

Team Contribution

Mentor junior consultants and immigration consultants on product knowledge and sales techniques
Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions on new programs, draw updates, and policy changes
Assist Branch Manager in team performance reviews and training inputs
Set the standard for professionalism and client communication within the team

Reporting & Strategy

Submit daily activity reports — calls, consultations, assessments booked, revenue generated
Provide weekly pipeline forecasts to Branch Manager
Stay current on IRCC, IMMI, and European immigration policy updates and communicate changes to team

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Experience & Background

Minimum 3–6 years of hands-on immigration consulting experience — not theoretical
Must have worked on at least two of: Canada PR, Europe Work Permits, Australia Skilled Migration
Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding revenue targets
Prior experience at recognised immigration firms strongly preferred — Y-Axis, Abhinav, WWICS, Visas Avenue, CanApprove, Lanturn, or similar
Experience handling NRI or Gulf-based Indian clients is a strong advantage

Technical Knowledge

Canada: Deep knowledge of Express Entry (FSWP, CEC, FST), PNP streams, CRS scoring, NOC TEER classification, WES ECA process, IELTS/CELPIP requirements
Europe: Working knowledge of Germany Skilled Worker Visa, Poland Type A Work Permit, EU Blue Card, Portugal D3 Visa, employer coordination process
Australia: Understanding of Subclass 189, 190, 491, 482 — skills assessment bodies, state nomination requirements
Strong awareness of current draw cutoffs, processing timelines, and recent IRCC/IMMI policy changes

Skills & Competencies

Exceptional consultative communication — able to explain complex immigration concepts in simple language
Strong objection handling — knows how to address fear, doubt, and competition confidently
Analytical mindset — can assess a client profile quickly and identify the best pathway across multiple programs
High accountability — owns outcomes, not just activities
CRM proficiency — maintains accurate, updated records consistently
English and Hindi fluency — verbal and written
