Job Description
Job Summary
We are looking for a Lead Insights who will be responsible for the collection, interpretation, and integration of all aspects of data sources to drive strategic business decisions for the Dr. Reddy’s OTC (Over the Counter) brands. The ideal candidate should be passionate about data and experienced in Client side insights team. The role requires a self-starter, who is willing to roll up their sleeves, work hands-on and deliver data driven insights to support the OTC & Marketing business objectives. Based in Hyderabad, this position reports to the Head of Consumer Insights.
Roles & Responsibilities

You will be responsible for compiling, managing, analysing and translating various internal and external data sources to uncover insights, trends, category/shopper behaviours’ and competitive activity to shape the OTC (Over the Counter) marketing strategy and build action plans to help drive growth and sustainable market share initiatives and support overall company objectives.

You will be responsible for driving strategic cross-functional thought leadership with commercial teams by leveraging multiple data sources, synthesizing insights and clearly articulating new business opportunities.

Coordinating with research agencies & ensure quality research reports

You will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the development of customer and business presentations incorporating multiple data sources that support key objectives.

You will be responsible for identifying unmet customer/consumer needs and participating in cross-functional projects to deliver against innovation/new product opportunity goals.

You will be responsible for managing relationships with key internal data/platform stakeholders and external partners.

Qualifications
Educational Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, statistics, economics, mathematics, or related field; MBA preferred

7+ years of proven experience insights role a in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) from client side

Critical Exposures

Exposure to product/brand management in the pharma sector or as a freelance brand specialist

Stint in area/regional level sales role with exposure to multiple therapy segments/products or in a Portfolio / Business Development role OR as a Marketing Analyst / Marketing Coordinator.

Exposure to Legal, compliance and medical regulation is preferred

Prior experience in digital marketing, hospital accounts marketing, channel marketing, manufacturing or R&D is desired.

Exposure to CRM and Data Visualization tools is preferred
