We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Senior Sales Executive to join our dynamic team, focusing on the HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing new business opportunities, and managing key client relationships within the hospitality industry. This role requires a proactive individual with a deep understanding of the HORECA market, excellent negotiation skills, and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. You will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the HORECA sector.
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of potential clients in hotels, restaurants, and catering companies.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and new product opportunities.
Present and demonstrate products/services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions.
Negotiate contracts and close deals, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product development, logistics) to ensure seamless service delivery and client support.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses for management review.
Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the company's offerings.
Provide exceptional post-sales support, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and product knowledge to effectively advise clients.
