Full job description

The RM (Relationship Manager) will be responsible for managing and growing a portfolio of client relationships. This role involves understanding client needs, providing financial solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction. The RM will also be responsible for business development and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation: Source home loan leads from the open market, builders, contractors, CAs, and through organizing loan events/activities.
Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, and other channel partners for repeat business and referrals.
Sales & Targets: Implement sales strategies, achieve monthly/quarterly business targets for home loans (including LAP).
Loan Processing: Coordinate with sanctioning and disbursement teams to ensure smooth loan flow.
Customer Service: Handle product queries, resolve service issues, and maintain client satisfaction.
Reporting: Maintain important registers, daily reports, and ensure compliance.
