Job Description: Telecaller & Admission Counselor
The Telecaller is the voice of Edugreed. This person is not a passive order-taker but an active demand creator who triggers interest and guides parents along the hierarchy-of-effects funnel (from initial awareness to registering for your free bootcamps)

Core Objective: To outbound call student databases, handle inbound inquiries, and successfully invite parents and students to attend center events, counseling sessions, or bootcamps
.
Key Responsibilities:
Inbound & Outbound Calling: Actively contact prospects (leads from social media, YouTube, and local schools) to introduce Edugreed's unique "Fun + Focus" pedagogy
.
Sell the Outcome (Value Counseling): Do not just read a syllabus. Ask diagnostic questions to understand the student's weaknesses and frame your pitches around benefits—like reducing exam-day anxiety and boosting board results through your blueprint-driven 5 AM revision sessions
.
Coordinate with Admin: Schedule confirmed parent appointments and physical walk-ins for the center admin and counselors to close
.
Relationship Management: Regularly follow up with warm leads and show genuine care for the family's educational concerns, rather than using hard-selling tactics that push customers away
.
Profile Needed:
Highly persuasive, emotionally intelligent, clear vocal clarity, and excellent listening skills
.
Ability to handle objections (like price concerns) positively and professionally
Fixed Monthly Salary (Based on experience)
₹200 Incentive for every student who attends a demo through your call.
₹1,000 – ₹1,500 Incentive for every successful admission converted through your lead.
*Work Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad
*Interview Location: Edugreed Academy, Nikol (Near Sukan Cross Road), Ahmedabad
Note: This hiring is for our South Bopal Branch. However, all shortlisted candidates are required to attend the interview at our Nikol Branch (Near Sukan Cross Road).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
