Project Multistoried Luxurious Residential Project "Sethi Venice" in Sports City, Sector-150, Noida.
- Revenue generation by designing sales and marketing strategies and incentive schemes.
- Achieving Sales targets by leading from the front.
- Post sales monthly collection of dues from the clients and customer satisfaction.
- Conduct competitor analysis by keeping abreast of market trends and competitor moves to achieve market share metrics.
- Utilize the public information and personal network to develop marketing intelligence for generating leads.
- Identify prospective clients from various sectors and generate business from the existing, thereby achieve business targets.
- Coordination between sales, marketing team and project management to assure timely deliveries to the owner.

Job Experience & Educational Qualification:
- MBA (Marketing) from reputed institute.
- Should be from Real Estate industry only.
- Should have good leadership qualities, good communication and presentation skills.
- Candidate must have worked at the Deputy General Managerial position for at least 3-4 years.
- Generating Sale through Team & Broker Network.
- Supporting & Developing Brokers Network.
- MIS and Inventory Control.
- Devising & Implementing Marketing activities for successful launching of new projects.
- Customer Relationship Management through Pre- Sales & Post - Sales services to the customers & Site& Corporate Office interaction for effective resolution of customer grievances.
- Managing & Expanding Prospects Customers & Brokers data base.
