Job Description

As a Customer Care Executive for Referral Follow-ups in Mumbai, you will be responsible for the following:

Ensuring Follow-Up Completion: Track and ensure referred patients complete their specialist appointments, actively coordinating follow-ups.
Appointment Monitoring: Monitor follow-up visits and take proactive steps to ensure patients receive the necessary care promptly.
Feedback Management: Collect valuable feedback from patients and healthcare providers to improve the overall referral experience and maintain excellent patient relations.
Accurate Record Keeping: Maintain updated and detailed patient records to ensure smooth coordination between healthcare providers, enhancing patient care at every step.

Job Requirements
