About the Role

Readycoder Private Limited is looking for a proactive, organized, and confident Executive Assistant & Secretary. This role involves working directly with the CEO to manage client communication, schedule meetings, coordinate with teams, follow up with leads, and ensure smooth day-to-day business operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys communication, coordination, client interaction, and learning new skills in a fast-growing company.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the CEO's calendar and schedule meetings.
Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, project updates, and payment follow-ups.
Communicate with hot leads provided by the sales team and assist in lead conversion.
Coordinate between the top management, clients, sales team, and technical team.
Track ongoing projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
Assist in managing the sales team and monitoring lead progress.
Coordinate with the WordPress and technical teams to ensure smooth project execution.
Prepare meeting notes and follow up on action items.
Handle emails, calls, and other day-to-day executive coordination tasks.
Travel with the CEO for important client meetings, seminars, networking events, and business conferences whenever required.
Learn basic WordPress and company processes (training will be provided).

Requirements

Graduate in any discipline.
Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi.
Confident in speaking with clients over phone and video calls.
Good knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, Excel, Word, Gmail, and online meeting platforms.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Professional attitude with a willingness to learn.
Comfortable with occasional travel for business meetings and events.

Preferred

Freshers with excellent communication skills and a strong learning attitude are also welcome to apply.
