Job Overview :
Gradiant is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented and motivated Procurement Administrator to support the day-to-day procurement operations of our global business. This role is ideal for someone with a positive attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn.

Prior experience in procurement or exposure to SAP/ERP systems is advantageous but not essential, as training will be provided to the right candidate.

Responsibilities :
Procure-to-Pay (P2P): Review purchase requisitions, convert them into official purchase orders (PO), and handle requests for quotations (RFQ).
Master Data Management: Update and maintain accurate Vendor Master Data and Material Master Data (e.g., pricing, storage, units).
Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot discrepancies in delivery or billing and communicate with vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve delays.
Compliance and Standards: Ensure procurement processes comply with company policies and regulatory standards.
Records Maintenance: Maintain accurate procurement records, delivery documentation, and reports for audits and analysis.
Others: Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by supervisor/manager/management.

Requirements :
Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Business Administration, or a related discipline; equivalent qualifications will also be considered.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with 1–3 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or a related field are welcome.
Positive attitude with a strong willingness to learn and develop professionally.
Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
Ability to work independently while contributing as a team player.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Strong multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Highly dependable, proactive, and demonstrates a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
Able to prioritize tasks effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
Comfortable working in a dynamic and rapidly changing business environment.
Enthusiastic about continuous learning, process improvement, and professional growth.

Preferred Qualifications (Advantageous but Not Mandatory):
Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems.
Prior experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or related operational functions.
