Job Title: Technical Program Manager (TPM) – Mobile & Web (Government Projects)

Technical Skills:
•Hands-on proficiency in PERN stack (PostgreSQL, Express.js, React.js, Node.js) and MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
•Strong experience in backend architecture design including RESTful API development, database schema design, query optimisation, and service-layer patterns.
•Working knowledge of server management on Linux distributions (Ubuntu, AlmaLinux, CentOS).
•Practical experience with CI/CD tools and pipelines — GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or equivalent.
•Familiarity with AWS (EC2, S3, RDS, CloudWatch);
•Understanding of Nginx/Apache configuration, reverse proxy setup, load balancing, and SSL/TLS certificate management.
•Practical experience using AI coding assistants (GitHub Copilot, Claude, ChatGPT, or equivalent) to accelerate development, code review, and debugging workflows.
•Experience with production deployment processes including environment management (dev / staging / production), rollback strategies, and post-deployment monitoring.
•Exposure to real-time technologies such as WebSockets and MQTT is an advantage.
Project Management Skills
•Minimum 2 years of hands-on project management experience with a total of 5+ years in software development.
•Proven track record of delivering government or enterprise-scale projects end-to-end through the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
•Experience leading and managing cross-functional teams of 5–7 members including frontend developers, backend developers, and QA engineers.
•Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, or equivalent platforms.
•Strong command of Agile / Scrum methodologies including sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives, and backlog grooming; Agile Scrum Master certification is a plus.
•Ability to leverage AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, etc.) for generating project documentation, drafting proposals, summarising meeting notes, and producing stakeholder reports efficiently.
•Ability to conduct on-site client meetings for requirements gathering, progress reviews, UAT sign-offs, and go-live demonstrations.
•Experience preparing and presenting project status reports, technical proposals, and demo materials to senior stakeholders.
Pay: Up to ₹1,200,000.00 per year
