About Beam Outsourcing Services We, Beam Outsourcing Services, are a Mumbai-headquartered training organization specializing in Banking & Financial Services since 2020. With extensive experience, till date we have conducted over 8,000 Investment Awareness Programs for employees of organisations, educational institutions, charitable institutions, government bodies, self help groups, armed personnel and associations of professionals across the country.

We are registered with SEBI as a SMART organization and are also empaneled with BSE, NSE, MCX, NSDL, Mutual Fund Companies and Insurance Companies for conducting financial literacy sessions. We have a strong network of over 700 trainers across the country who conduct and deliver the sessions on our behalf.

With an extensive experience of conducting financial literacy sessions for over 5,00,000 people across India, we are now launching our specially designed Financial Literacy Program for School Kids. The program is developed using inputs from industry veterans, IIT / IIM graduates and educationists.

Job Description – Finance Teacher (School Outreach Program)
Position: Finance Teacher (Grades 3rd to 10th)
Location: Multiple Schools (travel may be required)
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Finance Teacher to deliver engaging and age-appropriate financial literacy sessions to school students from Grade 3rd to Grade 10th. The content, lesson plans, activities and teaching material will be provided by our organization. The teacher’s role is to effectively conduct sessions in schools, make the learning interactive and ensure that students understand and apply key financial concepts.

Key Responsibilities
 Conduct financial literacy sessions in schools (Grades 3rd to 10th) using our prepared curriculum, presentations, activities and games.
 Adapt teaching style to different age groups and ensure concepts are explained in a simple, engaging manner.
 Use interactive methods such as quizzes, role plays, stories and group discussions to make sessions impactful.
 Manage classroom engagement and maintain discipline while fostering a positive learning environment.
 Collect feedback from students and share insights with the program team.
 Support in conducting financial literacy events, workshops and assessments in schools.
 Represent the organization professionally while interacting with school authorities, teachers and parents.

Requirements
 Bachelor’s degree in Education, Commerce, Finance, Economics or related field (Master’s degree preferred).
 Prior teaching experience in schools or training experience with children will be preferred.  Freshers can also apply.
 Strong communication and presentation skills in English, Hindi and regional language.  Passion for teaching and making complex topics simple for young learners.  Ability to travel to different schools as per program schedule.
