Job Description
-
Lead end-to-end Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O implementation, upgrade, and support projects.

Define project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource requirements.
-
Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, risk registers, and status reports.
-
Ensure project delivery adheres to established governance and quality standards.
-
Manage project budgets, forecasts, resource utilization, and financial tracking.
-
Serve as the primary liaison between business stakeholders, project teams, and executive leadership.
-
Facilitate workshops, steering committee meetings, and project status reviews.
-
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure alignment with business objectives.
-
Escalate critical issues and provide proactive mitigation strategies.
-
Lead cross-functional teams comprising Functional Consultants, Technical Consultants, Architects, QA, and Business Analysts.

Coordinate with offshore and onshore teams to ensure smooth project execution.
-
Mentor project team members and foster a collaborative working environment.
-
Drive accountability and performance across project teams.
-
Identify project risks, dependencies, and constraints.
-
Develop mitigation and contingency plans.
-
Manage scope changes through formal change control processes.
-
Ensure project compliance with organizational and client standards.
-
Monitor project milestones, deliverables, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Ensure successful UAT, deployment, go-live, and hypercare support.

Drive continuous improvement and lessons learned throughout the project lifecycle.

Promote Agile and DevOps practices where applicable.

Strong understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations modules.

Experience managing: Finance Supply Chain Management Procurement & Sourcing Inventory Management Manufacturing Project Operations

Knowledge of D365 implementation methodologies and best practices.
