Job Summary
The Human Resource Manager is responsible for managing all HR and administrative functions of the organization while ensuring that employees perform efficiently and contribute towards the company's growth. The role includes recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, policy implementation, statutory compliance, training, coordination with various departments, and monitoring workforce productivity. The HR Manager shall work closely with the Sales, Technical, Administration, Stores, and Accounts departments to ensure smooth business operations.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Identify manpower requirements in coordination with department heads.
· Source, screen, interview, and recruit suitable candidates.
· Coordinate joining formalities and induction programs.
· Maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
2. Employee On boarding & Documentation
· Prepare appointment letters, offer letters, confirmation letters, experience letters, and other HR documents.
· Maintain employee records and personal files.
· Ensure proper completion of joining formalities and documentation.
3. Attendance & Leave Management
· Monitor employee attendance and punctuality.
· Maintain leave records and approve leave as per company policy.
· Coordinate payroll-related attendance information with the Accounts department.
4. Performance Management
· Develop and implement employee performance evaluation systems.
· Conduct periodic performance reviews.
· Monitor individual and departmental productivity.
· Recommend rewards, promotions, training, or corrective actions based on performance.
5. Coordination with Sales & Technical Teams
· Regularly follow up with the Sales Team regarding lead generation, customer follow-ups, order conversions, and target achievements.
· Coordinate with the Technical Team to monitor project execution, installation schedules, service activities, and timely completion of projects.
· Ensure effective communication between departments to improve operational efficiency. Report productivity status, pending tasks, and performance updates to the management.
6. Employee Productivity Monitoring
· Continuously monitor employee productivity and work efficiency.
· Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend improvement measures.
· Ensure employees adhere to company policies, timelines, and assigned responsibilities.
· Encourage a positive and performance-oriented work culture.
7. Training & Development
· Identify employee training requirements.
· Organize technical, safety, product, and soft skills training programs.
· Evaluate training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement initiatives.
8. Employee Relations
· Address employee grievances professionally.
· Promote employee engagement and motivation.
· Maintain discipline and a healthy workplace environment.
· Ensure compliance with company rules and ethical standards.
9. Store (Go down) Monitoring
· Conduct periodic inspections of the company go down.
· Verify that materials are stored, handled, and utilized properly.
· Coordinate with the Store Manager to monitor stock movement and inventory records.
· Report any material wastage, shortages, misuse, or discrepancies to the management.
· Ensure proper housekeeping and safety standards are maintained in the store.
10. Administration
· Supervise office administration activities.
· Monitor housekeeping, security, office maintenance, and asset management.
Required Qualifications
· Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
· MBA/PGDM in Human Resources is preferred.
Experience
· Minimum 5–10 years of experience in Human Resource Management.
· Experience in the Solar, Renewable Energy, EPC, Electrical, or Infrastructure industry will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
