Mission of Role
Meet the OTIF & CFR targets by efficient Daily, Weekly & Monthly Production Planning for MP GGVL and TL MSI.
Hit CFG Inventory targets for Plant, depots and corporation by Inventory Management for the respective depots and Corporation Ensure optimum inventory level in Plants and Depots to enable sales accomplish business ambition.
Monitor packing material availability for smooth production.
Manage the ordering process for Bulk and track the shipments for scheduled arrival and raise the concerns if any.
Permits Planning and Monitor TAT for execution of permits.
100% roll out of VAP/LE Packs from respective units as per the S&OP allocation.
Conducting daily meetings with both plants to finalize short term production and dispatch plan.
Manage daily operations meeting with all stake holders of plant, operations and logistics.
Role Responsibilities
Role & Responsibilities - MP GGVL & Telangana MSI Plant
1 . Production Planning & Execution –
Derive monthly production plan for CY+1 from the sales forecast.
Create weekly production plan and share day wise production orders in SAP with both bottling units
Ensure timely production in line with production plan by ensuring all facets are aligned such as man, material and machine.
2. Material Planning & Capacity Management
Prepare 12M rolling RCCP for both MP GGVL & TL MSI plant and identify risks and opportunities
Monitor raw material availability against weekly & monthly production plan requirement.
Identify and resolve concerns related to capacity or raw material shortages.
Prepare monthly bulk tanks order planning and ensure timely clearance of the tanks as per the plan.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination & Collaboration
Coordinate with Commercial, Bottling units, Purchase, Logistics, S&OP and Quality teams for seamless operations.
Collaborate with cross functions to ensure timely & uniform permits flow in the bottling plants for optimum capacity utilization
Prepare daily dispatch plans in line with production schedule & share with logistics for timely vehicle placement
Coordinate with Commercial team for EVC collection.
Innovations - VAP and LE pack supply to markets as per marketing requirements.
4. Master Data Management & Automation:
Create and maintain master data in SAP and APO as required.
Identify scope of automation in day to day working to reduce manual efforts.
Support SC Manager on ongoing automation related projects & gain expertise on the solutions
5. KPI Monitoring & Reporting
Maintain & track FG inventory in plants, depots and corporations in line with Inventory Norms.
Ensure Bulk tanks detention & demurrages are within budget and continuously work with cross functions to expedite clearances and optimize the D&D.
Lead weekly cross functional S&OE processes and monthly SC&L updates to leadership.
Lead monthly supply review meeting with plant to identify & mitigate any supply risks.
Lead daily operations meetings to share updates, risks and opportunities.
Derive and update monthly & weekly key Supply Chain KPIs: production plan adherence, MOQ fulfilment, OTIF, CFR & Inventory days
6. Consumer Complaints
Key interface between Commercial and concerned quality teams in bottling unit for managing consumer complaints.
7. Risk & Opportunity Management
Identify risks and opportunities, communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
Graduate/MBA with 7-10 years of relevant experience
Hands-on experience in SAP PP module, master data management and IBP SNP for minimum 4-5 years
Role Specific Competencies
Production- planning, scheduling.
Excellent MS-office skills.
Exposure to SAP is must.
Exposure to APO/HANA is an advantage
Exposure in Liquor industry is advantage.
