Full job description

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented WordPress Developer with 1 year of hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and website optimization techniques.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress websites.
Create and modify WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
Ensure website responsiveness across multiple devices and browsers.
Optimize website performance, speed, and SEO.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues, bugs, and security vulnerabilities.
Integrate third-party APIs, plugins, and tools when required.
Collaborate with designers and other developers to implement website features.
Perform regular website updates, backups, and maintenance.
Ensure websites follow best coding practices and standards.

Required Skills

1 year of experience in WordPress development.
Strong knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.
Good understanding of PHP and MySQL.
Experience with WordPress theme and plugin customization.
Familiarity with page builders such as Elementor.
Knowledge of website optimization and SEO best practices.
Understanding of responsive web design principles.
Experience with version control systems such as Git is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Knowledge of WooCommerce customization.
Familiarity with REST APIs and third-party integrations.
Basic understanding of website security practices.
