Full job description

Provide administrative and clerical support to all departments.
Maintain office files, records, and documentation in an organized manner.
Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, emails, and courier services.
Prepare letters, reports, presentations, and other office documents.
Maintain proper filing systems for both physical and digital records.
Answer and direct phone calls in a professional manner.
Receive and assist visitors, clients, and vendors.
Schedule meetings, appointments, and conference room bookings.
Maintain office calendars and coordinate daily schedules.
Assist in preparing reports, spreadsheets, and data entries.
Maintain and update company databases and records.
Monitor office supplies and coordinate timely procurement.
Ensure proper maintenance of office equipment and stationery.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office requirements.
Support HR, Finance, Administration, and other departments in daily operations.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, and document distribution.
Maintain attendance records and assist in administrative documentation.
Keep confidential company information secure.
Assist in organizing meetings, events, and official programs.
Follow up on pending tasks and maintain action trackers.
Coordinate travel arrangements, hotel bookings, and transportation when required.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office documents and work areas.
Ensure compliance with office policies and administrative procedures.
Assist in preparing purchase requisitions and office expense records.
Maintain inventory records of office assets and supplies.
Coordinate with internal departments for smooth workflow.
Support document collection for audits and compliance activities.
Maintain proper records of incoming and outgoing documents.
Perform basic data entry and maintain accuracy in records.
Ensure timely completion of assigned administrative tasks.
Handle miscellaneous office-related duties as assigned by management.
Maintain professionalism, discipline, and confidentiality in all office activities.
Assist senior management in administrative and coordination activities.
Perform any other office administration responsibilities assigned by the Management.
