Job Summary
The Front Office Staff is responsible for providing professional and courteous guest service at the reception desk, ensuring smooth check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest enquiries, and maintaining high hospitality standards to enhance guest satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome guests warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures.
- Handle room reservations, cancellations, and amendments efficiently.
- Provide information regarding hotel facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Attend guest enquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate with Housekeeping and other departments for room readiness and guest requirements.
- Maintain accurate guest records and billing details in the hotel management system.
- Handle cash, card transactions, and prepare daily reports.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to emails courteously.
- Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Follow hotel policies, grooming standards, and operational procedures.
- Assist in upselling hotel rooms and services whenever possible.
- Maintain confidentiality of guest information and hotel data.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in Front Office operations in a hotel.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Pleasant personality with professional grooming standards.
- Ability to work in shifts, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of English is mandatory; additional languages will be an advantage.

Working Conditions
- Rotational shifts including night shifts.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
