We're Hiring | Senior Accounts & Taxation Manager
Industry: Agro Chemical / Agriculture
Experience: 10–15 Years (CA Firm experience preferred)
Age Preference: Around 38+ years
Salary Range: ₹40,000 – ₹70,000 per month (depending on experience and skills)
Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Accounts & Taxation professional with strong expertise in client handling, statutory compliances, taxation, accounting, and team management. The ideal candidate should have 10–15 years of experience, preferably in a Chartered Accountant firm, with hands-on knowledge of Income Tax, GST, TDS, financial finalization, audits, and managing multiple clients independently.

Key Responsibilities

Handle client accounts, taxation matters, and statutory compliance independently.
Manage and guide the accounts team effectively.
Prepare and file Income Tax Returns (ITR), GST Returns, and TDS Returns.
Handle tax assessments, notices, and follow-ups with tax authorities.
Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government departments.
Prepare financial statements, balance sheets, profit & loss accounts, and support finalization of books.
Perform bookkeeping, journal entries, ledger scrutiny, bank reconciliation, and month-end/year-end closing.
Manage Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and payroll accounting.
Ensure compliance with ROC, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
Provide accounting and tax advisory support to multiple clients.

Required Skills & Expertise

10–15 years of experience in a Chartered Accountant firm or similar accounting environment.
Strong knowledge of:
Income Tax & ITR Filing
TDS Returns and Compliance
GST Registration, Filing & Compliance
Tax Audits and Financial Reporting
Tax Planning and Assessments
Practical experience in GST Returns including:
GSTR-1, GSTR-2, GSTR-2A, GSTR-2B
GSTR-3, GSTR-3B
GSTR-4, GSTR-5, GSTR-5A
GSTR-6, GSTR-7, GSTR-8
GSTR-9, GSTR-9A, GSTR-9B, GSTR-9C
GSTR-10 and GSTR-11
Good understanding of accounting standards and taxation regulations.
Excellent command of MS Excel, including:
Pivot Tables
VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP
SUMIF
IF formulas
Data analysis and reporting
Proficiency in Tally Prime, Busy, ERP-based accounting software, or similar tools.
Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
Ability to manage deadlines with accuracy and attention to detail.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Team handling and leadership skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Candidates with CA firm experience and exposure to multiple clients and industries will be preferred.
Experience in handling audits, financial reporting, and tax planning.
Updated knowledge of GST, Income Tax, and TDS law changes.
Self-motivated, professional, and capable of working independently.
