What would you do? The Creative Specialist would partner and lead a team of thinkers and doers; with an ability to bring design and content together seamlessly thus help in rendering meaningful solutions to given business challenges. The lead would be accountable for driving relationships and creative outcomes from global and local stakeholders with an objective to deliver effective local design renditions and campaigns.

Required: Figma, Premiere pro, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator. Adobe Creative Suite, Preferred: Experience Design, Animate (previously known as Flash), After Effects. ?Advanced knowledge in Microsoft Office tools: Required: PowerPoint, Word and Excel (intermediate) Advanced knowledge about digital and offset printing process. Pluses: Advanced English. Fluency in client calls. Experience taking ownership of projects. Understanding of digital production workflow. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS or JavaScript. Experience with 3D rendering, motion graphics or working with video a plus. Note: The candidate should be willing to work primarily across Australia/APAC shift timings and flexible to work across different shifts if required. Manages Graphic Requests: Verifies requests, coordinates with teams, and communicates updates to stakeholders. Monitors Production: Regularly checks for new requests and informs creative leads of updates. Handles High Volume: Manages a heavy workload with fast turnaround times. Liaises with Agencies: Acts as a coordination point with strategic agencies and global client stakeholders. Ensures Quality Control: Oversees and improves design output to meet project requirements. Maintains Interdepartmental Communication: Fosters a cordial relationship between the design department and other organizational units.
