Sponsorship & Partnerships Manager – Fashion Show
Employment Type: Full-time | Experience: 3–5 years | Location: Koregaon Park, Pune. 411001

About Vivz Fashion School
Vivz Fashion School is a premier institute dedicated to nurturing design talent and showcasing emerging fashion careers. Our annual fashion show is a flagship event bringing together designers, students, industry leaders, media, and the wider fashion community.

Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced sponsorship and partnerships professional to lead sponsor acquisition for our upcoming fashion show. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of identifying, pitching, and closing brand sponsorships, and is comfortable owning targets end-to-end — from prospecting to contract sign-off.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and build a pipeline of potential sponsors (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, retail, and allied brands) for the event.
Develop and pitch tailored sponsorship packages and proposals to prospective partners.
Own the full sales cycle — outreach, negotiation, and closing — to meet or exceed sponsorship revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sponsors, brand managers, and marketing teams.
Coordinate with the event and marketing teams to ensure sponsor deliverables (branding, stage presence, media mentions, etc.) are fulfilled.
Prepare sponsorship decks, contracts, and post-event reports for partners.
Track outreach, pipeline, and revenue against targets, and report progress regularly.

Requirements

3–5 years of experience in sponsorship sales, business development, partnerships, or a related field (events, media, or fashion industry experience preferred).
Demonstrated track record of closing sponsorship or B2B sales deals.
Strong network and relationship-building skills within brand and marketing circles.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable working with deadlines tied to a live event.
Prior experience in fashion, events, or entertainment industry sponsorships is a strong plus.
