As a growing agency, we believe in learning by doing. This internship offers hands-on exposure to business operations, recruitment, client coordination, and live digital marketing projects.
Responsibilities
- Attend and make follow-up calls to clients and candidates.
- Schedule meetings and manage the Director's calendar.
- Assist the Director with day-to-day operational and administrative tasks.
- Open the office on time and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Organize office documents, files, stationery, and office supplies.
- Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of daily tasks.
- Assist the Social Media team in handling live client projects.
- Schedule and publish posts on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile.
- Coordinate with designers and content writers for client deliverables.
- Maintain client records, project trackers, and follow-up sheets.
- Learn to use AI tools and digital marketing platforms to improve productivity.
- Perform other business and office-related tasks as assigned.
Skills Required
- Good communication skills (Hindi & English)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office & Google Workspace
- Organized, responsible, and punctual
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Basic knowledge of Social Media/Digital Marketing is a plus
