Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The HR Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to coordinating interviews and supporting hiring managers. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and a passion for identifying top talent.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial phone or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Evaluate candidate qualifications and provide hiring recommendations.
Prepare and issue offer letters and assist with salary negotiations.
Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) and candidate database.
Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements.
Participate in employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives.
Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws.
Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time-to-fill and source effectiveness.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
6 months –3 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience (or as required).
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and interview techniques.
Experience using job portals and applicant tracking systems (ATS).
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications

Experience recruiting across multiple functions or industries.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
HR certification is an added advantage.
