From enabling healthcare professionals to spend more valuable time with their patients to providing data for professional athletes to achieve even better results, we make all that possible. With us you can build technology for the good of society and make your mark on the health and wellbeing of people in need.
About the role
As a product development company with a multi-year history of building robust platform and products, we are shaping the future of European healthcare using healthcare open standards. To support this vision, we are engineering a strictly cloud-agnostic web application and require a hands-on Senior DevOps Engineer having 5-8 years of hands-on experience in the field of DevOps to execute our infrastructure, deployment, and automation initiatives.
Our engineering culture emphasizes high autonomy, flat team alignment, and pragmatic problem-solving over micromanagement. You will play a crucial role during our ongoing migration from Azure DevOps (ADO) to GitHub, helping to pioneer an AI-native development environment. You will actively extend our existing ADO pipelines, build new GitHub workflows, and heavily utilize Kubernetes and Terraform to manage our containerized deployments across cloud and self-hosted environments.
The Technology Stack
Infrastructure & Provisioning: Kubernetes (K8s), Terraform
CI/CD & Source Control: Azure DevOps (ADO), GitHub (Transitioning), GitHub Actions
AI Tooling: GitHub Copilot, Claude (for AI-native/agentic development workflows)
Application Development Technologies: Fundamental knowledge of .NET 10, C#, Angular, and TypeScript is nice to have.
Responsibilities
Pipeline Extension: Maintain, optimize, and extend existing Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines while aggressively building out new GitHub Actions to support our repository migration.
IaC Implementation: Write, test, and maintain highly modular Terraform scripts and manage Kubernetes clusters to support both cloud and on premises/self-hosted operational modes.
Release Execution & Gating: Implement and manage advanced deployment pipelines (blue/green, canary) and feature toggles. Enforce strict pipeline gating and workflow state management—such as configuring automated rules for when features can transition to "Active" states—to support decoupled, on-demand releases.
DevSecOps Execution: Configure and maintain automated security pipelines (container vulnerability and dependency scanning) and manage infrastructure secrets securely (e.g., HashiCorp Vault, Azure Key Vault).
Observability & Alerting: Deploy, configure, and maintain the monitoring stack (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK) and wire up critical alert routing for the clinical product.
AI Integration: Integrate AI agents (GitHub Copilot, Claude) directly into developer workflows and CI/CD pipelines to automate code quality checks, configuration management, and deployment gating.
Operational Excellence: Troubleshoot complex deployment and configuration issues across the .NET 10 / Angular stack, ensuring high availability and seamless delivery.
Core Technical Qualifications:
Hands-on Containerization & IaC: Proven experience deploying and maintaining production workloads using Kubernetes and Terraform.
Release Management Tooling: Hands-on experience configuring deployment gates, routing rules, and feature flags within CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous deployment without exposing unready features to clinical users.
CI/CD Execution: Strong practical experience managing Azure DevOps pipelines with a demonstrated ability to build or transition workflows into GitHub / GitHub Actions.
Security & Monitoring Tooling: Hands-on experience hardening containers, configuring secrets management, and writing custom alert rules for application performance monitoring.
Ecosystem Familiarity: While you won't be writing the application code, you must know exactly how .NET (C#) and Angular/TypeScript applications compile, build, and deploy.
AI-Forward Mindset: A strong willingness and technical aptitude to implement AI-assisted development tools (Copilot, Claude) into daily CI/CD operations.
Professional Attributes:
Pragmatic & Fact-Driven: You solve engineering problems based on objective data and system logic rather than chasing trends.
Self-Starter: You require minimal supervision and thrive in a high-autonomy environment where you are trusted to execute your deliverables.
Agile Collaborator: Comfortable operating within a fast-paced SAFe/Agile Scrum model, actively collaborating with developers and QA to streamline releases.
