CNC Operator – Job Description

Position: CNC Operator

Location: Hyderabad

Employment Type: Full-time

We are a fast-growing modular interior and manufacturing company specializing in customized furniture, modular kitchens, wardrobes, and turnkey interior solutions. We focus on precision manufacturing, quality workmanship, and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

Operate CNC machinery for modular furniture and interior production
Read and understand production drawings and cutting layouts
Load materials and monitor machine operations for accurate cutting and finishing
Ensure proper machine setup, calibration, and tool alignment
Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
Check finished components for quality and dimensional accuracy
Coordinate with design and production teams for smooth workflow
Minimize material wastage and maintain production efficiency
Follow factory safety standards and operational procedures
Report machine issues or production delays to supervisors promptly

Required Skills

Basic knowledge of CNC machine operations
Ability to read technical drawings and measurements
Understanding of cutting tools, panel sizes, and machine settings
Familiarity with modular furniture manufacturing is preferred
Attention to detail and quality control
Basic troubleshooting skills

Preferred Software Knowledge

CNC nesting software (preferred)
Basic understanding of AutoCAD drawings
Knowledge of Pytha / Infurnia production outputs is an added advantage

Qualification

ITI / Diploma / Technical certification preferred
1–3 years of CNC operating experience preferred
Freshers with technical training may also apply

Disciplined and responsible
Ability to work in a factory environment and meet production targets
Team player with good coordination skills
Willingness to learn and adapt to new machinery and processes
