Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Windows & Azure Infrastructure Consultant with extensive expertise in Microsoft technologies, cloud infrastructure, enterprise migrations, identity management, virtualization, endpoint security, and IT infrastructure modernization.
The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience managing enterprise Microsoft environments, Azure infrastructure, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, endpoint security, automation, and infrastructure migrations for global customers.
Key Responsibilities
Microsoft Infrastructure Administration
- Design, administer, and support Windows Server environments (2012–2022)
- Manage Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy, and Hybrid Identity
- Configure and maintain Hyper-V and VMware virtualization
- Perform server health monitoring, patch management, security hardening, and performance optimization
- Implement backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions
Microsoft 365 & Azure Administration
- Manage Microsoft 365 environments including:
- Exchange Online
- SharePoint Online
- OneDrive
- Microsoft Teams
- Administer Azure resources, Azure Storage, Azure Virtual Machines, Azure Backup, and Azure AD
- Configure Azure AD Connect and Hybrid Identity
- Implement Conditional Access, Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), and Microsoft Intune policies
Infrastructure Migration
Lead enterprise migration projects including:
- Active Directory Migration
- Azure AD Migration
- Microsoft 365 Migration
- Exchange Online Migration
- Hybrid Identity Deployment
- Windows Server Migration
- VMware Migration
- Cloud Infrastructure Modernization
Security & Endpoint Management
- Deploy and manage endpoint security platforms including:
- Microsoft Defender
- SentinelOne
- Sophos
- Configure BitLocker, Windows Security Baselines, and Group Policies
- Conduct Active Directory security assessments
- Support compliance initiatives aligned with GDPR, HIPAA, and PCI-DSS
Endpoint & Digital Workplace
- Manage Windows 11 enterprise deployments
- Implement Microsoft Intune and endpoint provisioning
- Configure enterprise policies for VPN, Wi-Fi, device compliance, and security
- Support digital employee experience initiatives using Nexthink
Monitoring & Automation
- Monitor enterprise infrastructure health
- Develop PowerShell automation scripts
- Configure ConnectWise Automate and PSA
- Implement proactive monitoring and alerting
- Build dashboards and operational reports
Customer Support & Operations
- Provide Level 3 infrastructure support
- Perform root cause analysis of complex issues
- Support enterprise ITSM environments
- Work directly with global customers and project teams
Required Qualifications
- 10+ years of Windows Infrastructure Administration experience
- Strong expertise in:
- Windows Server 2012–2022

- Hyper-V

- Experience with Microsoft Intune
- Strong Office 365 migration experience
