Job Description/Position Title: Project Management Analyst / Scrum Master
Location: Hyderabad, India
Type: FTE
Reports To: IT Program Manager
Responsibilities:

Define and evolve the enterprise PMO strategy and operating model aligned to business goals in alignment with the Global GTO PMO Office.

Act as a change agent, championing project and portfolio discipline while promoting agility and innovation.

Support a team of program and project managers to deliver strategic initiatives on time, on budget, and on Business Value.
Portfolio & Program Management
-
Oversee intake, planning, execution, and tracking of programs and large-scale initiatives.

Manage enterprise-wide project portfolio ensuring alignment to strategic priorities and resource capacity.

Implement value realization practices to track benefits, ROI, and business impact.
Governance & Standards
-
Establish and enforce project management frameworks, templates, and best practices.

Own executive-level portfolio reporting and provide insights to senior leadership for Local PMO delivery, mapping up to Global delivery, metrics, standards.

Ensure risk management, financial tracking, and milestone governance across the portfolio.
Team Development & Leadership

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing team of PMO professionals.

Promote a culture of continuous improvement, business value orientation, and performance excellence.

Champion learning, development, and career growth for PMO team members.
Qualifications
-
3 to 5 years of experience in project/program management, with at least 1 years leading a PMO or enterprise portfolio function.

Demonstrated success managing large, cross-functional technology and business programs.

Strong understanding of project delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid) and portfolio tools (e.g., Project Online, Clarity, Smartsheet, Jira, Cognos, Anaplan).

Experience with benefit realization frameworks, financial governance, and KPI tracking.

Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
-
PMP, PgMP, or equivalent certification required; Agile or SAFe certifications a plus.

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or related advanced degree preferred.
