BPO Hiring

Responsibilities:

- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
- Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability and interest.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
- Maintain an applicant tracking system and update candidate databases regularly.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Support onboarding activities and documentation.
- Assist in building talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
- Collaborate with department heads to understand role requirements.

Requirements and skills :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong interest in recruitment and HR processes.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Prior experience in IT hiring, BPO hiring, or recruitment consultancy is preferred.
- Familiarity with job portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc., is an advantage.
- Ability to handle multiple positions and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
