Full job description

We are looking for a creative, detail-oriented Graphic & Web Designer with 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience to join our design team. In this role, you will bridge the gap between creative visual design and web user experience. You will be responsible for creating visual assets, brand identity materials, social media creatives, ad campaigns, and user interfaces (UI/UX) for web and mobile platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Design brand assets, including logos, typography systems, color palettes, iconography, and full brand guideline documentation.
Create high-converting marketing collateral, including pitch decks, sales sheets, brochures, infographics, and email templates.
Produce digital advertising assets for Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Display, LinkedIn, and performance marketing campaigns.
Design engaging social media creatives, short-form promotional visuals, and custom graphic assets aligned with brand strategies.
Assist in creating Amazon/e-commerce product listing images, A+ content (EBC), and visual infographics for marketplace clients.
Create clean, modern, and intuitive web and mobile interfaces using Figma.
Build responsive layout designs for landing pages, starter business websites, complex e-commerce stores, and SaaS portals.
Translate project requirements into wireframes, interactive prototypes, and clear developer handoff assets.
Collaborate closely with our frontend development team (React, Vue, WordPress) to ensure design fidelity and user experience across all screen sizes.
Design with web performance and accessibility in mind, supporting Core Web Vitals targets.

Skills & Qualifications

1–3 years of professional experience in graphic design and web/UI design within an agency, IT company, or fast-paced studio setting.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva.
Solid understanding of grid systems, typography, color theory, component design, responsive design principles, and user journeys.
Good grasp of how web designs translate into code (HTML/CSS layout concepts) and awareness of mobile-first design principles.
Experience working with or crafting brand guidelines, logos, and visual identity systems.
Strong communication skills, ability to manage multiple project deadlines, open to constructive feedback, and a team player mindset.

Good to Have

Basic skills in motion graphics, 2D animation, or video editing (After Effects, Premiere Pro).
Experience designing social media reels or promo ad visuals.
Familiarity with website builders or CMS platforms like WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify.
