Full job description

We are looking for a Process Coordinator to join our growing architectural firm. This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are organized, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills. The Process Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating internal processes, maintaining project records, preparing reports, tracking project progress, and ensuring smooth communication between different teams.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update project data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.
Coordinate with architects, designers, site teams, vendors, and clients for regular follow-ups.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
Track project timelines, documentation, and task status.
Organize project files, drawings, and records accurately.
Schedule meetings and maintain meeting minutes.
Ensure timely follow-up on pending tasks and project deliverables.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
Support management with administrative and operational coordination.
Maintain data accuracy and ensure process compliance.

Required Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
Good organizational and time management skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and Google Workspace.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Positive attitude with willingness to learn.

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline (B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, B.Sc or equivalent).
Freshers are encouraged to apply.
