Designation: Mobile App Test Engineer

Location: Panchkula

Experience: 2-5 years

Qualification: Graduate – Any Specialization

Job Description:

The Mobile Application Tester would need to have at least 3 to 5 years of experience. This candidate would be an expert in mobile native app testing on both android and iOS platforms.

More than 6 years of relevant experience
Design and maintain a comprehensive regression test plan
Integration test new features developed by the Software Engineers
Work with Agile software tools
Work with the team to increase the test coverage, outline and derive elaborate test scenarios
Work with development and operations to improve efficiency and effectiveness of automation
Define and implement testing and verification strategies
Work in fast pace environment on multiple projects/initiatives
Should have knowledge of writing automation scripts and executing them
Should have Android and iOS devices

Desired Profile:

Automation Tools: Selenium WebDriver, Appium,
Cloud Tools: Perfecto
API testing Tools: Postman
Test Management Tools: JIRA, HP ALM, Confluence
Programming Language: JAVA
Operating Platforms: iOS, Android, Windows.
Application Type: Native/Hybrid, Web
Testing Methodologies: Agile, Incremental and Hybrid
Others: Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Bitbucket, Bamboo
Experience with Usability, Functional and Regression testing
Have a testing mindset with a passion for quality
Excellent communication and reporting skills
Ability to deliver quality documentation
Excellent organizational skills to focus on the tasks at hand
A good understanding of agile software development
A positive and enthusiastic outlook both within the team and when working alone
Be highly motivated and demonstrate the willingness to learn and to grow within the role
