Job Title: CA Trainee

Work Mode: Work from Office

Roles & Responsibilities:

Possess a strong understanding of taxation provisions and regulatory frameworks, enabling accurate and compliant execution of assignments.
Possesses strong analytical skills with the ability to develop a deep understanding of business and financial data.
Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities
Undertaking benchmarking analysis on global database in relation to financials transactions, royalty payments, management fees etc.
Formulating transfer pricing policy and advisory assignments.
Assistance in preparing submissions, research for case laws in relation to Transfer Pricing and Direct Taxation.
Assistance in writing article/alert in relation to latest development in the field of Transfer Pricing and Litigations.
Conducting Transfer Pricing audits and Master Filing.
Assisting in preparing TP documentations as per Indian TP regulations.

Skills Required:

Good working knowledge of Excel
Strong analytical and reconciliation skills
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple assignments
